Basic instructions on building USB Flash Tools

This is a description for Delphi newbies of the basic steps involved in
compiling USB Flash Tools.

1) Download the SDeanComponents packages (v1.75.00 or later)
2) With each of the packages in the SDeanComponents archive,
    - build each package
    - install each package
    - ensure that the correct path to each package is added to your Delphi
      environment (Tools|Environment Options...", "Library" tab)
3) Open the USB Flash Tools project
4) Build the project
6) If you have gotten this far - congratulations! You've just built your very
   own USB Flash Tools!
